About Us
At VibeRight, we are a small group of marketers dedicated to helping you grow, succeed, and use your talents and skills to help others. We want to be a part of improving the world, one small ripple at a time. We work with businesses and individuals of all types who also want to be a force for good, and the path to doing so is always a little bit different. No two clients are alike, and our approach is completely customized. No matter what you do, we can help you put out authentic, meaningful messaging that reaches the people who need what you’re offering. In turn, this messaging can help you maximize your impact and influence in the world and make the greatest use of your talents, skills, and passions.
VibeRight was founded out of a desire to deliver a more unified and authentic marketing experience for small- and medium-sized businesses and individuals with big dreams. What does that mean?
The Unified Part
We understand that marketing is complex and that it works best when all of your efforts are connected and pointed in the same direction. When you work with a multitude of partners, this can be a real challenge—especially when you’re busy running a growing company.
But what if things could be much more streamlined? What if your web person was also your design person? What if your website was built from the ground up with SEO strategies already baked in? And what if your site was always updated to match the messaging on your other marketing channels, creating a unified and powerful experience for your customers or users?
Our desire is to be a seamless extension of you and your business—the marketing team that’s not in your building but is always in your corner, creating cohesiveness and connectivity across all of your efforts to brand, message, and grow.


The Authentic Part
We believe that at the core of effective marketing is self-understanding. Our client onboarding process involves distilling things down to find your core values, greatest strengths, and underlying purpose for offering your services. We’ll work with you to help you understand what makes you unique, valuable, and important to the audiences you want to serve. We then create consistency in your brand and your communication, centered around this ability to deliver your unique value out in the world.
While it can feel counterintuitive, marketing isn’t really about you. It’s about the need you’re solving, the gap you’re filling, and the betterment of the people you’re reaching. VIBING RIGHT
Our Name and its Meaning
When we formed our business, we initially struggled to pick a name that represented our ethos and felt authentic to us. When we came up with VibeRight, we knew it was the perfect fit. This is because we are most concerned with helping our clients help others and make a positive difference, believing that attracting the customers that are the best fit starts with putting out a vibe that is authentic and catered around maximizing value delivered in the marketplace.
To this end, you might sometimes hear us asking you questions such as these:
- What makes you uniquely you? Or, what makes your business unique?
- What compelled you to start your business?
- What important need in the world would you like to fill?
- What gives you the greatest sense of fulfillment or satisfaction as a business owner?
- What aspect of what you do resonates the most with your most satisfied customers?
- Are there people out there who need what you offer and don’t have access to it?
- Are there people out there who could benefit from what you offer but don’t know that you’re an option for them?
Positive Energy
VibeRight is all about positive energy, believing that putting good vibes out into the universe will attract similar energy in return. For marketing purposes, this means focusing not on the customers you think you should reach, or can reach, but those that you want to reach because they’re your best match and ideally suited to what you offer. Creating this vibrational match requires a focus on giving, gratitude, appreciation, and joy. We help our clients bring those concepts to life through authentic value-driven messaging, focused audience marketing, and a collaborative partnership based on listening and working to understand what’s most important to you.

Being charitable and generous with your thoughts and energy may be a great way to help the world, but it’s also a smart way to grow your business! Focusing on how your talents and capabilities can help others is a direct path to uncovering your most potent Unique Value Propositions (UVPs). A Blueprint for Our Marketing Partnership
If you don’t currently have a great command of your UVPs, we can help. In fact, we love this part. We’ll work with you to zero in on the intersection of your purpose, mission, and passion. This is the sweet spot where the things you enjoy and are good at merge with what your clients and customers need the most. We’ll chart these things into a custom Venn Diagram that will serve as a key filter for your marketing efforts. (Most likely, it will evolve over time along with you and your business, and you can also have more than one).
This is the blueprint for our marketing partnership. It ensures that any content we create for you, messaging we update, keywords we bid on or optimize for, and audiences we help you target are in alignment with your goals and your highest potential.

Our Process for New Clients
Every business and individual is unique, and the solutions we recommend and execute on will be determined by our process of understanding your needs and how we can help. Here is what it usually looks like:

We Get to Know You
We start out with a meeting where we ask you questions about your business, goals, challenges, competition, etc. (Some of those questions appear above.) We want to know as much as we can about your current approach and where you’re trying to go.

We Do Our Homework
We take a look at your current online footprint, branding materials and campaigns (if applicable), industry, competitors, and more. We want to gain a fundamental understanding of the space in which you’re operating and how we can help you navigate it successfully.

We Huddle Up
We sit down with you again and share our initial findings and understanding of your opportunities. We work with you to finalize your VibeRight Blueprint (and the Unique Value Propositions at its center), which serves as the North Star of our collaborative efforts.

We Present a Plan
After we have a mutual understanding of what it means to you to vibe right in the world, we’ll put together an initial recommendation of how we can help you do that and present you with potential solutions. Once we’re in agreement, we get to work for you!
A Fun Experience
We strive to make this process fun and enjoyable, and we cater the process to you and your needs. It doesn’t matter if you’re starting from scratch or have an established business. It doesn’t matter if you hope to change the entire world or create a welcoming little business in one tiny corner of it. No matter where you’re at on your journey, we’re here to support you. Just like your clients are at the center of your business, you are at the center of ours.

We don’t take shortcuts and we put your needs first. We work for you, after all. Sometimes we don’t have the answers. Sometimes we try something and it doesn’t work like we’d hoped or expected (marketing is complex and fast-moving, after all). We’ll always be honest and transparent and continue to grow and improve ourselves right alongside you.
